Shipping

We cannot change your shipping address on your order. If you have submitted an order with an incorrect address, we will need to cancel your order so you can correct the address on your account and reorder your items. you will receive an email when your item(s) ships. please make sure your email preferences are set to accept emails on our behalf. Tracking emails can sometimes land in your SPAM/ junk folder. Please check it! Once your order ships. please wait 24 hours for tracking to update. Visit the www.USPS.com for the most up to date tracking information. We can only view the same information as you regarding tracking. Once we shipped we have no control over the shipments. They are all depends on the efficiency of postal service. Please keep in mind shipment can be delayed during holiday and winter time due to bad weather.

 

Return or ExchangePolicies

Sorry. our policy is NO RETURN for all items. However, we do provide an exchange policies. All exchanges only valid for ONE time size exchange for the same product either downgrade or upgrade the size you need. We DO NOT allow exchange for different kind of products. Please contact us for any exchanges procedure. All exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your item(s). Delivery confirmation is considered receipt of your item. We have a strict no exchange policy on any 'damage' items that have been worn or washed with original sales tags attached. We will inspect all return packages and reserve the right to deny or exchange if all the above not met. Client who will be responsible for the shipping fee for all exchanges.
